Well have you ever thought about the fact that scouts might be owning good players, because its the only ship non subbed players can use??? Of course bad players never get remembered, because ppl just one hit them in scouts and forget about them. Only the great players get remembered because they can own anything with any ships. So it appears as though scouts can kill everything easily. But that is not entirely true. Its the player controlling it that makes a difference. Have you ever considered this??? If scouts were unbeatable, then why hardly anyone uses scouts in mv? This is because inorder to beat another ship, with a tiny ship you need strategy.

No, its actually because all the exploiters just bomb their way up until they can use PDs & EDs, scouts are just the extreme example.

Ship layouts ARE NOT FINAL.

Weapon damage IS NOT FINAL.

Cloak times ARE NOT FINAL.

Perhaps if people READ what has actually been changed instead of thinking it's automaticly been changed, and looking at other threads to see if the point has been braught up.

(C) The refusal to engage. I've noticed this more and more in recent times. Players will sit around, attacking planets, and when someone comes to defend a planet, they either kill them, if they're stronger, or leave, if they are facing anything close to an even fight. Then they wait, and attack a different planet, repeat constantly. A player ends up running all over the place chasing people away from planets, and getting no pres for his efforts. In fact, all he gets is annoyance. Or he can play the same game, and annoy the enemy out of their mind.

think about it, if you are bombing a planet by yourself and 1 or more enemies appeared with the intention of killing you (likely bigger than your ship) would you sit and wait to be killed or would you save yourself?

besides, like backslash said, you cant bomb planets solo in the next patch anyway.

(B) The unbalanced ships. Newbies have little or no chance against a stronger player; nor do they even have any effect in most cases. This may be fixable, but it does reduce the enjoyment of the game when the new players don't have a prayer of doing anything useful other then bomb and build. And maybe repair,
once they get enough pres.

i agree with backslash, 1.483 the scouts were nearly the most powerfull ships in the game, the only thing that could take them out was a load of PSMs or a superweapon.
