My vote was figuratively speaking...
But the first name that comes to mind that includes 'CD' is Caldari...and I don't think that's a valid name, anyways...

Ill abstain and let the ICC choose the name of the place of their last stand before we wipe them all out... (my 2 cents, *clink, *clink*)

I nominate:
Alpha Orionis
This is one of the names for the brightest star in the constellation Orion. It is more commonly known as Betelgeuse. The name sounds great (very noble) and I think it fits in well with the names of other DS systems.

or
Contra Dictator

This would be a good idea if Betelgeuse wasnt a star that is in the last throws of 'life' and wasnt swollen to the size of jupiter's orbit (yes, i said orbit, not just Jupiter, but the diameter of its orbital path). Perhaps a star that isnt going to leave the ICC homeless after only a few decades.

Libertatis - When the population of Exathra got revolted from the original Earth they named your star like this on honour to liberty (latin - libertatis).
Im not agree with;
Caldari <- Its sounds me too familiar to Eve game.
