I can't decide whether I want to say the movie was phenomenally awesome and viscerally inspiring, or full of bombastic script and mindless combat. More of me is saying "YEA THIS IS COOL," so I'll just side with that one.

300 IS FREAKING AMAZING w00T w00T.
GO MUSCULAR GUYS!

I love the slightly cliche ending.
Spoiler, but not really important. Avert your eyes! Don't look down!

When they're running towards the camera, and it zooms in... I felt like they've done that a thousand times. It's still cool though.

This movie would have been better if I hadn't gone with a girl who said, "I'm bored" every 10 mins.. lol.

I just saw it this weekend. SPOILER ALERT.

Me and my friends were having an argument about if Leonidas missed Xerxies on purpose when he threw the spear. One of my friends thinks he just wanted to make him bleed. I would think if all of his people that thought he was a god saw him bleeding like a mortal they would revolt.

My friend's reasoning for Leonidas missing on purpose was so he could "die with honor". I dont really think thats it though. Who won the arguement? Or do you even think he missed on purpose?

Remember when he said 'Today the world will know that a God-King can bleed?' I think he ment to miss, but he still made a good point.

and this isnt Darkspace... THIS.. IS.. SPARTA!!

Thus followed with countless limbs being chopped off, shield bashes to the face, and weird freakish retards getting laid by hot chicks.

$ythe, where do we dine tonight? I forget.

Thanks alot guys.... I'm dying to see this movie but can't yet..

I can see it in Faustus's mind:

Spartan King Faustus and his 300 Last Subscribers fight to the last $9.99 a month against Persian King CCP and his massive army of more than one million well textured polygons. Facing insurmountable odds, the Spartans' sacrifice inspires all of the internet to unite against EvE Online. The story is based on the Battle of Thermopylae which took place in patch version .480.

NOW THATS A MOVIE!!!! i would pay to see that

LOL. Not to mention The godfather, Pulp fiction, Shichinin no samurai, Schindler's List etc. etc.

It's just a popcorn hollywood movie man! 100 pounds of CGI, and 2 grams of script!

Greatest movie of the year so far. Anyways, who cares about script in a movie like this. We all knew what was going to happen. : P
