Nice design you have there. Though I'm not really sure if UGTO ships have superstructures. But still, nice.

Unfortunately, I don't think the DS engine would be able to handle it... It has around 650,000 edges, 250,000 polygons. It would be EPIC, though! (If you noticed, my signature is from the bridge of this ship firing on ICC) XD

The engine might, but my graphics card probably couldn't...

I like the one from the second image(All other images won't load), its not like the many, many ships that have parts that look like they will snap off if you accellerate to fast. You just created the first pratical, and possible, spaceship I have ever seen since Star Trek and Borg Cubes/Spheres, so good job!

It's some kinda early Star Destroyer right?
Well, prolly why it has that many polys is 'cos it looks like it has lotsa interior details which DS doesn't use. A model like this for DS would take you maybe 1000 to 1500 polys, cos you won't need the interiors and most of the little details are done by textures.

Yeah, I made a very low poly version to use with my physics engine within SketchUp, so I reduced it to about 50 polys and used textured generated from the high-poly version, and it turned out pretty well. And yes, I'm known for doing nearly complete interiors that an sometimes be more detailed than the exterior. =P

This is my tribute to LoA's work. A remake of his Executor Dread.
LoA's work.
I hope I did him justice.
I've fixed up the mesh and added in lighting and normal maps. It's unimeshed now and importable into the game, but the textures still won't work somehow.

Thanks. The textures, in particular the windows, are also scaled accurately in accordance with a ship that's about 1550 meters long.
For that, I must thank my downloaded model of a GIGN soldier from Counterstrike, who stands at 1.8 meters tall.

What happened with LoA?
His designs are gorgeous.
Yours are creative, Kenny.
