I liked the "of the fleet" suffix from before. That way you can add a whole mess of titles or keep options open for the future. Here are some more:
*Defensive Commander
*Offensive Commander
*Master of Munitions
*Formation Leader
*Commander of the Rear Gaurd
*Commander of the Armada
*Siege Master
*Combat Veteran
*Assault Squadron Leader
*Support Force Commander
*Elite Commander
*Heavy Assault Leader
*Tactical Strike Force Leader
*Black Operations Commander (like a master spy)
Some "Geographical titles":
*Planetary Govenor
*Terran Dictator
*System Lord
*Galactic Ruler
*Emporer of the Known Universe
Why not steal some old military/political titles like:
*Caesar
*Augustan
*Tribune
*Praetor
*Pharoah, Pharaoh, Phar... crap however you spell it.
Plus you can come up with futuristic knock offs of the titles of leaders of various types of organizations like the CIA, FBI, Secretary of Defense, Sec. of War, etc. Also find some way to throw the words Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Omicron, and Omega in there or color names (ie Gold Leader, Silver Leader, etc like in Star Wars).
