:Chapter 1: First Mission: Part 2 scramble 11:10
zulu time march 5th 2275
After 40 long minutes of battle, Armour plates cracking and crews stretched beyond limits, Support finally arrived. The UWS Galveston took heavy damage from the port side and venting atmosphere, was on her last legs.
The Supply Ship UWS Laden was enroute through the enemy fire ordering repair drones to the Galveston when the K’luth Siphon Decloaked Off the Port Bow, sending a Stellar Incinerator pounding into the side, Communications subsystems were hit and the console explodes. "Sir, The Comms Officer is Dead, but systems are auto repairing." “Roger, We need those systems online, Else were going to get killed by our own forces when we get home,” “If we get home the Commander corrected quietly from the corner of his mouth...”
With a determined glance at the view screen Captain Renshaw leapt from his chair and barked out orders.”Are the last of the Survivors onboard yet?” "Not yet Sir, 3 more Escape Pods are coming aboard" “Well Hurry them up! We out of our league here!.”
Two of the Front Line Fleet Elite Assault Dreadnaughts riskily close jumped in, Firing Salvo’s at the uncloaked Siphon Lining up to fire at the Laden, Due to the Operational conditions, the UGTO “QST” was unloaded, conventional weapons only, “ This battle isn’t going as well as the Galveston’s Captain Renshaw hoped, all around him all he could see was anarchy, Weapons Officer Powell barked an order to fire before being hit by a spray of coolant from the last hit, his head hitting the ground sent the bridge into chaos. Attempting to take Control of the Situation Renshaw heard a shout from his Commander, “SIR! LUTH FLEET POPPED RIGHT INFRONT OF US WE GOTTA GO!” At that moment 4 Hunter Class and a Dread Class vessel came out of Jump 2000GU away closing in at fast speeds...
A Crackled Comm from the Engine room of the Galveston comes in, “SIR! Tachyon //////// fused, ///// Drive ////// offline" Just Then the Incoming Dread Class vessel launched a salvo of Disrupter Based Weapons hitting a stress fracture near the bridge.
A blinding light incapacitating the bridge crew, the brute force of these weapons smashing into the Galveston, causing the ship to lurch knocking Captain Porter unconscious, 2nd LT Marshall looked down at the bleeding Captain and soon took control "Open a Comms channel to all surrounding friendly ships!" "Open Sir but not for long...” "This is 2nd LT Marshall of the Galveston I’m taking command of what’s left, Porter is unconscious, Prepare for Emergency WH Escape!"
With all ships trying to line up near the Galveston the K’luth fleet saw their chance and launched an all out offensive on the lead “EAD” UWS Meccor, As all Ships started firing on the EAD, Captain Holmes sent a fleet wide message, Received and verified, the Group veered off and the EAD ran into the clutches of the K’luth Battle Group..
A Wormhole abruptly opened in front of the veering group of ships, “All Ships Prepare for WH Interception” shouted Marshall down the Receiver above Porters Chair, and as the last ship entered the WH, a bright flash emanated from behind, The Group checking systems on the other side, saw the rift close, with bits of wreckage drifting through...
1300 Zulu Time: Location: Luna Infirmery
The Crew of the UWS Galveston and others gather At Porters Bedside and wait for his speedy Recovery but that wont happen..he's suffered Internal Damage near his Spinal Cord and Massive Head Trauma...and his brain is damaged and is on life support only time will tell....

i think its kinda kewl that goth has taking a chance at fan fiction .needs a lil fine tuning i think alil less hostility towards ds players but i like where his heads at .
