Pulse Shield is not working for me.
Also sometimes Platforms dont fire on the enemy.
Supply plats sometimes wont repair/reload

I can confirm Pulse Shield not working very well, I noticed it yesterday but apparently forgot to post on it. Plats have always been unreliable though, it's like they're not exempt from the "Oops! Too many AI, let's disable some" routine.

Coolers, if memory serves, actually decreases the amount of time in between individual shots in a volley, not the time between volleys.

Worked prety well a little while ago.
Seems hit or miss... Maby im just REALLY unlucky.
Most of the time when i push v nothing gets blown up.

We know this. But when you consistently have a scenario where several missiles/fighters are tracking you and just 1 or 2, if any, of them are destroyed by Pulse Shield then it suggests something may be wrong.

better than what i been getting..given up on Pulse after dieing 5 times cause it failed to pop any of the missles or fighters comin for me

The two of them have needed to be reworded for a long time now. It's not clear what each one does. Condensers "increase energy efficiency" and coolers "increase rate of cooldown".
Neither seem to actually do what they say they do. Increased ROF is not increased efficiency, and increased volley speed is not increased cooldown rate, nor does it do anything if you're using missiles.
From what I heard they cannot actually be reworded though? Something about the description being generated automatically.
